Dude what type of plier is best for this? one without teeth?
Mateeeeeeeeee you saved the day here. Fucking 2 degrees should post a video like that.
the Chinese crap you talk about is the ones you demonstrated here.
Thanks. Just saved me $$$
When i short multimeter it shows more than 200 ohm , but continuity test is working well. So what will be the problem?
Hey mate would you please show us stage 3 practical assessment? I know asking too much but can it be divided into different videos?
USA we have all metal panels and is all big difference from panel 😮
mate im Australian I have been struggling through my pre apprenticeship and this 11min video explains switching so much better then my 5hr long classes.. THANKS MATE
Better to use a multimeter on a live source then on the “dead” switch board don’t rely on your volt stick. Who knows the batteries could have died 🤷🏽♂️
Exactly what I needed before I went leg first through my ceiling twice in a row (the first and only time I went up in my attic). Now I'm afraid to ever go back up 🙃
Chur cuz
Unfortunately if you do electrical work in NZ and AUS and it is found out you’re not licensed your house will not be covered by insurance should your house burn down
Any top tips for getting those legrand mechs out of the switch plates mate?
Churr bro 🤙🏼
Really appreciated your video, and it is super useful.
Thank you. I beat the hell out of my multimeters. I had a cl700 that the ohms would not read, and this worked. Thank you.
Great video, to the point no excess talking or over production
Great video mate
Is this similar in metal house framing?
thank you so much for this
When u find that an apliance is the one causing the fault what do you next step?
Some engineering advice from someone with decades of professional experience designing exhaust systems for all kinds of commercial and industrial applications: using flexible duct like this is one of the most effective ways to reduce the effectiveness of your range hood. It's cheap and easy but comes at the cost.
If the active to the first rcd fails don’t you lose power everywhere else that has another rcd??
Great video - we aren’t deaf 🧏♂️ though
i would fill those gaps with white silicon :)
Nice brother ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Is it possible to have 2 lights wired up this way?
how fkn lazy with those hideous cutouts for the 2 power points? too lazy to move them away from the butchered window frame. i wouldn't be paying for that amateur hour joke..
You are the legend! So exact for every detail
How much outlets per feed is recommended?
wonderful, learned a lot. Is your RCD breaking the neutral?
Thank you sir
I struggled for months with this as I only tried to learn in theory how this is set up, it wasn't until I set up a practical example like yours that I was able to get this working. You break down complex diagrams so well and now I have a fully functional 2 way switch in my garage. You legend !
Hi Why you dont use the old halogen lights transformer for the led lights? I believe it is also same voltage.
Would love to see a demo for wiring in home automation switch modules, e.g. Shelly switch modules.
Wow didn’t realise you can wire up to 6 outlets. I thought 3 would be too much lol
hey when i got a switchboard upgrade the eletrican didnt put in any new housing for the cover of the switch board ? are they serpose to add a new housing?
This is genius
Why not use insulated crimps
Perfect explained
What wire goes on the other unused hole opposite to the green on the light mount?
Mate have you tried the fluke 1662? How does this megger compare? Thanks
Great work mate
0:30 whats the difference between a single pole breaker and RCD?
What is loop used for? Should I not worry about it? Thanks.
